Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Services already rendered in full.
Promotional or discounted services.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Work has been partially completed but does not meet your requirements, provided these requirements were agreed upon beforehand.
Delivery delays caused by us that result in significant inconvenience.
